Were hiring a senior backend engineer to lead projects raise code quality and help the team grow.

Responsibilities

Lead complex backend projects across teams from plan to launch
Keep code clean well-tested reliable and easy to change
Design systems that scale and handle failures
Work with product data and infra to solve hard problems
Coach engineers at different levels

Requirements

7 years building backend services with modern frameworks (Python Django )
Led large projects end to end
Strong grasp of system design performance and distributed systems
Set engineering standards and review designs across teams
Clear communication and strong cross-team work
Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have

Apache Airflow or similar workflow tools
Data pipeline experience
Infrastructure as Code and AWS
Frontend experience (React)
