This role requires hands-on technical expertise attention to detail and the ability to deliver installations efficiently and to the highest standard.

This role requires hands-on technical expertise attention to detail and the ability to deliver installations efficiently and to the highest standard.

What Youll Do:
- Perform HVACR installations safely efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Communicate professionally with customers team members and suppliers.
- Identify and refer opportunities for additional services upgrades or system add-ons to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate job documentation and uphold TRSs quality and integrity standards.
What You Bring:
- 510 years of HVACR installation experience including furnaces air conditioners boilers generators heat pumps and water heaters.
- Strong verbal reading and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Own basic hand tools and refrigerant gauges.
- Capable of working in physically demanding conditions and varying weather.
- Valid NYS drivers license and insurable under company policy.
- EPA certification preferred (training/testing assistance available).
