Were seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Operations / Paralegal to support our Legal GRC & Policy team .
This entry-level position offers hands-on experience across multiple aspects of legal operations including contract management corporate administration and process optimisation. Its an excellent opportunity to grow within a global tech-driven company.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support day-to-day legal operations and administrative activities.
- Assist in entity and corporate management tasks.
- Maintain and optimise contract and document management processes.
- Use legal tech tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations.
- Contribute to documentation reporting and process improvements.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- 13 years of experience working in a professional environment (we encourage applicants from all walks of life!).
- Being fluent in English and at least one other language: Spanish Portuguese or French are a plus!
- Highly organised communicative and tech-savvy (or willing to learn about legal tech solutions).
- Keen interest in legal tech and corporate management.
- Be good at creative problem-solving and thinking outside of the box.
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite tools experience with AI software Jira Salesforce and e-signature software is a plus.
