We are seeking a motivated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our dynamic Neurosurgery team at a busy Level II Trauma Center. Our practice includes three attending neurosurgeons and three experienced advanced practice providers who provide comprehensive care for a wide range of neurosurgical Position:Collaborate closely with neurosurgeons and mid-level providers in both inpatient and outpatient settingsParticipate in operative first assist pre- and post-operative care and emergency consultsManage patients in the ICU step-down and medical-surgical unitsRotate through clinic and hospital-based responsibilitiesOpportunity to assist with trauma call coverage and complex spine and cranial casesWork in a collegial environment with strong physician support and mentorshipFull-time schedule with rotating hospital and clinic dutiesParticipation in call rotation shared among APP teamQualified Candidates:Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practiioner ProgramCurrent PA-C/NP certification and state licensure (or eligibility)Previous neurosurgery surgery or critical care experience preferred (new graduates with strong surgical interest will be considered)BLS and ACLS certification requiredStrong clinical judgment teamwork and communication skillsIncentive / Benefits Package:Employed opportunity through HCA Physician Services GroupCompetitive compensationCompensated for call!Great comprehensive and flexible benefits programPTO and CME time / allowanceOccurrence-based malpracticeStrong support system
