About Juryo

Juryo is building the agentic AI platform for small and mid-sized law firms starting with high-volume B2C practices (extranjería LSO laboral deudas civil). Our voice and WhatsApp agents already qualify clients generate documents manage cases and handle billing workflows delivering over 2 improvement in lead conversion for our customers.

What youll do:

Build

• Architect and ship agentic workflows across voice WhatsApp and email

• Build RAG pipelines automated document systems and high-throughput data flows

• Ship full-stack features end-to-end

Scale

• Improve latency reliability and performance across the platform

• Harden infrastructure to support thousands of daily agent interactions

• Set up observability monitoring and deployment workflows

Own

• Work directly with legal teams and real users

• Turn ambiguous problems into shipped product in days

• Drive engineering culture best practices and early hiring principles

• Take full responsibility from idea design code deployment
