The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for First-Line Manufacturing Managers (Level K) to support the Fabrication team in Puyallup and/or Auburn Washington on 1st 2nd and/or 3rd shift.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines
Develops and executes business plans policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
Acquires resources provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes
Manages develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience in Aerospace Fabrication or manufacturing environment
3 years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
1 years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint)
Willing to work variable shifts including weekends and overtime (primarily a 1st 2nd and/or 3rd shift)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1 years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety Quality Delivery Cost and Manufacturing data
1 years of experience using Boeing Production System (BPS)
Commitment to Go for Zero and Incident Injury Free (IIF) principles
