Provide occupational therapy services to inpatients in Marin General Hospital to remediate physical difficulties including evaluation treatment family teaching and collaboration with other professionals including planning for patient dischargeJob Requirements Prerequisites and Essential Functions:
EDUCATION
Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum that is approved by the Accredidation Council of Occupational Therapy Education.
EXPERIENCE
One year inpatient acute hospital experience as a certified Occupational Therapist.
LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATIONS
Occupational Therapist Required at hire
Basic Life Support Required within 90 days of hire
Integrative Agitation Management (IAM) Required within 30 days of hire
PREREQUISITE SKILLS
Ability to establish rapport counsel objectively and in a positive manner explain test results and therapy plans in a manner consistent with the families staffs and/or clients communication ability. Must have knowledge of all aspects of physical disabilities Occupational Therapy and the social emotional and physiological effects of illness and injury.

Compensation:
The posted pay range complies with applicable law and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Individual pay is set by skills experience qualifications and internal/market equity consistent with MarinHealths compensation philosophy. Positions covered by collective bargaining agreements are governed by those agreements.
