Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker/cleaner to join our team. As a Caretaker/cleaner you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within our facaility.

Duties:

- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting mopping sweeping and vacuuming of hallways

- Cleaning of laundry rooms

- Clean entryways

- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies

- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas

- Clean windows mirrors and other glass surfaces in common areas

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

- Follow proper safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred

- Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently and with attention to detail

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.

- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Lifting up to 30 lbs
