Areas & Responsibilities:

• Personal Care:Assist individuals with daily routines such as bathing dressing and eating ensuring their health and safety.
• Support Services:Follow individual care plans to provide nutritional support meal planning mobility assistance and housekeeping fostering independence and well-being.
• Emergency Response:Identify and respond swiftly to emergencies ensuring the safety and well-being of those under your care.
• Healthcare Assistance:Aid with medication management accompany individuals to medical appointments and maintain accurate records of health-related activities.
• Administrative Tasks:Complete required paperwork promptly and accurately contributing to efficient operations.
• Additional Duties:Flexibility is key youll assist with tasks as assigned contributing to the smooth functioning of our programs. Must be comfortable coordinating client(s) into community.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 year ofdirect care experience or enrollment in a healthcare-related program is REQUIRED!
• Skills & Abilities:Strong communication skills physical capability for caregiving tasks and a commitment to ethical conduct and client-centered care.
• Education:High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Transportation:Valid drivers license and reliable transportation necessary; transportation staff subject to screening. Proof of Auto Insurance also required for role.

Physical Demands:

Job duties include regular talking and hearing occasional standing walking sitting manual tasks reaching balancing stooping kneeling or crawling. Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs may be required. Specific vision abilities needed include close distance peripheral vision depth perception and focus adjustment. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
