Applications Engineer

• Function as a liaison between the sales channel and other internal departments (Marketing Sales Engineering).
• Cultivate effective customer and sales channel relationships while partnering with collaborators.
• Provide technical assistance to the sales channel concerning product applicability and installation practices.
• Support with sizing/selection list price generation and optimized margin.
• Analyze common product problems and communicate solutions.
• Evaluate engineered to order (ETO) and made to order (MTO) solutions including quotation submittal and quoted price point.
• Develop and conduct various product training to the sales channel employees and customers.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams and promote a shared consciousness.

• Bachelors Degree in a technical field
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%)
• Legal Authorization to work in the United States sponsorship will not be provided for this role

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Chemical Industrial or Systems Engineering or Engineering Technology
• Relevant engineering work or Internship/Co-op experience
• Experience in a customer facing service-related inside sales or technical sales role
• Bilingual English & Spanish
• Familiarity with various hand and power tools
