As a Product Owner for Engineering Applications you will play a key role in driving innovative software solutions that empower our engineering teams.Youllensure our products deliver real value and support seamless collaboration across the organization.These products include both Vanderlande-developed tools and market-leading solutions from our software partners.

Our solutionsare used by 2000 Vanderlande colleagues andinclude tailor-made tools such as the Vanderlande System Configurator Code Generators and Emulation Solutions as well as leading CAD software integrated into our tooling landscape.Together these applications enable advanced design and engineering capabilities for our global engineering teams.

Team

Bethe bridge between business and development making surethe teamis aligned on the product vision and priorities.

Turn ideas and customer needs into clear&actionable stories for the team to bring to life.

Keep the roadmap on track removeobstaclesand help the team focus on delivering real value.

Collaboration & Requirements

Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into solutions with clear acceptance criteria.

Align feature functionality withBusiness Architects(Chief)Product Owners andProductArchitects.

Delivery &Prioritization

Set priorities and manage dependencies with stakeholders and the Scrum Master.

Resolve conflicts and adapt to changing requirements to meet commitments.

Communicate progress and risks proactively.

ContinuousImprovement

Own and prioritize the team backlog to maximize value.

Drive feedback loops retrospectives and root cause analysis for process improvement.

Partner with the Development Manager and Scrum Master to ensure team focus and capability.

Vision&Roadmap

Define and execute product strategy for adoption governance and self-service.

Collaborate on market research and future features.

Align with stakeholders to accelerate adoption.

What makes you successful

Ifyourean experiencedenthusiasticand versatile Product Owner you should bring:

ABachelorsorMastersdegree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology BusinessAdministrationor a related field.

Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.

Strong communicationskills in English (spoken and written).

Familiarity withSAFe(Scaled Agile Framework) and certifications such as CSPO or PSPO are a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary range of 6000 to 7900gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
