Responsibilities

Support customers via phone email and/or chat
Troubleshoot and resolve issues ensuring high customer satisfaction
Escalate complex cases and follow up until resolution
Update customer records in internal CRM/ticketing tools

Requirements

German (native/C1) and English (B2)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using a PC and multiple systems
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
EU passport / valid right to work (as applicable)
