Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) to join our this role you will evaluate patient conditions develop individualized treatment plans and provide high-quality therapeutic interventions. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced PTs and passionate new graduates.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver manual therapy therapeutic exercises and other interventions
- Track and document patient progress in accordance with regulations
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
- Maintain a safe professional and positive patient environment
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
- Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
- Experience in outpatient inpatient or rehab settings preferred
- New graduates encouraged to apply
