We are inviting applications for the role of SM HRO
The Rewards Manager is responsible for creating and updating pay structures for countries in scope and based on pay philosophy methodology and process. The role is also responsible for ensuring a smooth and in compliance delivery of the annual merit increases and annual bonus payout in addition to supporting on other global and continuous improvement projects related to new technology design and deployment in order to ensure fit for purpose and users adoption for the markets in scope.
Responsibilities
Youll be responsible for:
all salary survey data submission to the survey providers every year and participate in other local surveys as needed to ensure stays competitive and have access to the right data.
on the published salary surveys and combined with input from the P&O on the talent challenges the incumbent will update or create pay structures for all the markets in scope to ensure that stays competitive.
all the data required every year to run the merit increase cycle for the countries in scope this includes pay structure information eligibility rules and exclusion rules merit budget and merit guidelines (minimum and maximum increase).
data checks on the system to ensure that the system is reflecting the correct data on the Associates and based on the data provided in point 3 above.
any issues that surface by users and escalate as required to ensure continuity.
bonus payout making sure it is based on approved and governed achievements and that the system is accurately running the eligibility and exclusion rules. Supports on manual calculation where needed.
in identifying opportunities to improve signature processes and is allocated to different projects through the year to deliver an improved user experience through the available systems and processes.
and price new jobs that are created as a result of restructuring acquisitions and business Integrations.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors degree or above in data science file economics or business administration.
Relevant experience in solution architect/consulting role
Certified HR Practitioner with specialization in minimum two areas in Hire to Retire cycle
Minimum two quality certifications from the following (LEAN Six Sigma or Design Thinking Practitioner)
HR-ERP exposure: Must have
GBS Industry exposure
Preferred Qualifications
Good Communication Skills Influencing Skills & proficient knowledge of excel
Experience in Rewards practices across several markets in Asia
