Were looking for dependable and detail-oriented Weighers to join our team in Irwindale CA! As a Weigher youll be responsible for accurately measuring and preparing ingredients used in mayonnaise production ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $17.50/hr.

Industry: Food Manufacturing (Mayonnaise Production)

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Accurately weigh and measure raw materials according to production formulas.
• Verify ingredient quantities and record weights on batch sheets.
• Ensure materials are labeled correctly and staged for processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized weighing area.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist in inventory control by reporting low stock or discrepancies.
• Work closely with the processing team to ensure timely production flow.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or weighing preferred.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.
