About the role

Responsible for translating customer needs and business strategies into action in a specialist news area. Represents Editorial to internal and external customers and meets directly with clients to to understand and deliver on their needs.
Gives overall direction to news coverage and ensures the file meets customer needs and performance standards. Has a comprehensive set of standards and measures to assess performance.

About you

Drives multi-media and cross-asset story telling through collaboration with news specialists from other parts of the file.
Helps drive innovation generates ideas of doing things smarter and is willing to take calculated risks to improve news coverage.
Works with cluster and bureau chiefs to ensure Editorial delivers on budget goals.
