Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee/Assistant Manager/Manager Wealth Operations Pension Payments!
The role will be primarily responsible for the disbursement of Pension Payments. This involves set up maintenance and payments for Pension payments for clients.
Responsibilities
Experience on setting up maintaining and payments for Pension payments
Experience on Cash processing and exception clearance for impacted entries is desirable.
Strong understanding of financial products like Bonds Mutual Funds MBS SWAPS Equities etc.
Sound Knowledge of reconciliation and reporting is desirable
Must have an understanding of the risks involved in cash movements.
Should understand different types of instructions like ACH Check Wire etc. Understanding of upstream and downstream of process.
Should have experience of working under pressure to meet the processing window deadline.
Experience of posting transactions on accounting & custody book for exception resolution would be desirable.
Understanding around business transitions and required documentation will have added advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Excel is required.
Candidate should have exposure around audits (internal and external) and strong understanding around Risk and Control framework.
Establish strong relationship with onshore counterparts such as custodians brokers and client trading desks and should be capable of handling Onshore Queries and Issues.
Experience of applications like Global Plus AddVantage & Trust Desk applications would have added advantage.

Minimum Qualifications
Any Graduate (PG an added advantage)
Effective probing & root cause analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Relevant work experience in an Associate role
Previous experience in a middle/back office in financial services firm
