Job Summary
Provides direct diagnostic therapeutic and preventive healthcare services under the supervision of a patient history and performs performs and interprets diagnostic procedures. Provides and documents direct treatment and management of health counseling and education of patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health treatment options and community preventative health assessments screening immunizations and Credential(s):BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Assistant with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Assistant with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Michigan Board Physician Assistants Task Force obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Credential(s):Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross :Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program. Masters degree preferred.
