SUMMARY
The Development Officer is responsible for identifying qualifying cultivating soliciting and stewarding major gift prospects and donors to Rochester Regional Health. The Development Officer will effectively manage a major gift pipeline for Rochester Regional Health hospital clinical departments community programs and/or service Lines and ideally raise in excess of $750000 per year. This position has a focus on raising money for education including the College of Health Careers and innovation initiatives.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience relevant qualifications specialty internal equity location and contracts.
