Are you ready to help shape the future of education and community facilities across Lancashire Join our Property Service team and play a key role in delivering projects that make a real difference to communities.

As a Capital Programme Officer you will:

Act as corporate landlord to manage a diverse property portfolio ensuring buildings support vital services and meet evolving needs.
Lead on delivering Department for Education Basic Need funded expansion schemes including new schools special school expansions SEND units and alternative provisions.
Manage the delivery of priority corporate schemes across Lancashire.
Coordinate stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standards.
Navigate a dynamic politically influenced environment while maintaining focus on value for money and service excellence.

Strong organisational and project management skills with experience delivering complex schemes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Understanding of public service operations and property-related processes.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
