Trauma Level: II
Salary Range: $48.04 $70.05/hr (based on experience)
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Director of Womens Services for an exciting leadership opportunity in Overland Park KS. This role provides 24/7 oversight of Womens Services including L&D Antepartum and NICU ensuring high-quality family-centered care operational excellence staff development and regulatory compliance across the service line.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Womens Services operations with full accountability for quality and performance
Promote patient-centered care and improve clinical outcomes
Mentor support and develop nursing leadership and staff
Collaborate across departments to meet patient and family needs
Manage staffing resources and budgets to support organizational goals
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards
Drive service line growth and support program development initiatives
Required Qualifications
5 years recent leadership experience (Manager or Director)
Must have Womens Services experience in a large high-acuity facility
Experience supporting 3500 births per year
Active RN license (KS or compact)
Nursing Degree required; BSN preferred
Certifications:
BCLS required (or ability to obtain/maintain)
Specialty certification preferred (RNC-OB C-EFM)
