We are looking for an energetic and customer service-driven Plan of Care Specialist to join our team! This position will maintain therapy Plans of Care and support front-office operations within our patient settings. This is a full-time in-office position with a weekday day-shift schedule. No previous experience is needed but would be ideal to have. This is also a wonderful opportunity to expand your knowledge and gain experience in the healthcare industry. What will you be doing in this role

Our ideal candidate would:
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Have at least a year of related experience and/or training
- Past medical office experience is preferred but not required
- Have the ability to stand walk and sit throughout the entire assigned shift
- Have a high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
- Have strong computer skills including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word PowerPoint and Excel
- Have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment without constant supervision
- Be able to maintain confidentiality
- Be able to adapt learn and multitask in a fast-paced setting
