Responsibilities/tasks:
Prepare breakfast lunch dinner and banquet-style meals for service
Plan and follow up on daily distribution of work tasks
Quality assurance of production
Item handling and stock control
Responsible for IK MAT / HACCP controls & routines
Actively work to reduce food wastage
General customer service
Do you have the qualifications and competences we are looking for We are looking for someone who:
Are flexible and solution oriented
Are genuinely interested in delivering personal & engaging customer service
Want to create a great dining experience alongside your team for your guests
You have relevant qualifications and previous experience in a similar position
Responsible for IK MAT / HACCP controls & routines
Actively work to reduce food wastage
You have good communication skills in English (both oral & written)
