Job Summary

We are searching for a driven adaptable and culturally aware FX Business Development Manager to join our growing international this impactful position you will accelerate client acquisition foster strategic partnerships and propel revenue growth in the evolving market. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new business partners or affiliates manage their onboarding and cultivate strong lasting relationships to foster mutual growth and success.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and retain the partner network establish performance targets and key metrics and provide customized support to maximize engagement and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to keep partners updated on company products tools and market developments. Track partner performance through data-driven KPIs and offer constructive feedback to enhance results.
  • Collaborate closely with compliance teams to ensure all partner activities adhere to regulatory and company standards promoting a culture of compliance and ethical behavior among partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams - Marketing Sales and Compliance to provide consistent and aligned support for partners and assist in creating promotional materials and initiatives tailored to their needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor actions and market dynamics using these insights to improve partner programs and maintain competitiveness in partner acquisition and retention.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Malay speaker (C1 level) with strong written and spoken communication skills; proficiency in English (B2 level) is also required.
  • At least 3 years experience in business development with Forex/CFD environment.
  • Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Business Finance Marketing or a related discipline; certifications from regulatory bodies are a plus.
  • Proven experience managing strategic partnerships affiliates or broker networks.
  • Deep knowledge of financial markets partner management and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced target-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated capability to identify new market opportunities and forge strategic partnerships.
  • Solid understanding of market operations compliance and governance standards.
  • Excellent leadership decision-making negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to integrity.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Awareness of operational and marketing needs within a regulated business context.
