Job Summary
Support Manufacturing 3 Years Experience Sinnar
Location: Sinnar Nashik
Department: Manufacturing
Role Type: Full-time On-site

CTC: Up to 3.5 LPA
About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Support Manufacturing professional who will manage shift-wise production operations support gear manufacturing processes and drive quality productivity and safety initiatives in the plant.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and support programming of hydraulics power presses grinding & normalizing machines
Execute and monitor gear manufacturing processes: ring forming coiling butt welding normalizing stretching & flattening
Perform final inspection using multigauges visual checks and MPI
Coordinate with quality and engineering teams to resolve process issues
Manage production targets shift activities manpower allocation & material flow
Track OEE rejection analysis rework and assist with corrective actions
Implement 5S Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare and maintain production MIS and process documentation
Ensure compliance with IATF ISO QMS and HSE standards
Requirements
Education: B.E / Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing / production environment
Strong knowledge of CNC basics SPC measuring instruments heat treatment & machining processes
Exposure to gear manufacturing will be an added advantage
Good communication documentation & team coordination skills
Ability to work in shift operations
Strong focus on quality productivity & safety
