We are seeking a skilled enthusiastic and forward-thinking DT Teacher to join an outstanding Independent School in Reading. This full-time permanent position begins January 2026 and offers the opportunity to teach DT in an innovative well-resourced environment.

Teaching DT across KS3KS5 including specialist pathways
Delivering high-quality practical and theory lessons
Supporting coursework portfolios and design-based assessments

Helping develop curriculum resources and innovative teaching approaches
Maintaining high standards of workshop safety and organisation
Experience and Qualifications
Degree in DT Product Design or Engineering
PGCE with QTS
Strong technical and creative skills
Confidence using CAD/CAM systems
