- Contribute to transition planning and to multi-agency meetings when required.
Person specification
- Experience working with children with SEND delivering interventions and supporting classroom access as a SEN TA.
- Empathetic organised and able to communicate effectively with staff and families in Redbridge.
- Able to commence January 2026 and to attend induction and training before January 2026.
