Your Mission
As an E-Seller you will be the first point of contact for online customers representing the BYD brand with expertise and enthusiasm. Your mission is to guide prospects throughout their digital journey qualify their needs and ensure a seamless transition to our dealer network ultimately contributing to strong sales performance and customer satisfaction.
What youll be doing
Managing inbound inquiries via phone WhatsApp email and web forms with speed professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.Conducting outbound calls messages and follow-ups to generate and nurture new commercial opportunities.
Qualifying leads while effectively communicating BYD values and the key differentiators of our NEV models.
Matching customers with the appropriate dealer and ensuring a smooth high-quality handover.
Following up with dealers to monitor lead progress support the closing process and maximize conversion rates.
Collecting customer feedback and market insights to suggest improvements in marketing and commercial strategies.
Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
Collaborating closely with marketing product sales and after-sales teams.
Participating in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and digital sales techniques.
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or equivalent experience.3 years of experience in inside sales telesales customer service or lead management (ideally in automotive).
Experience working with dealers or retail networks (strong plus).
Proficiency with CRM systems and multichannel communication tools (phone WhatsApp Business email).
Strong analytical and commercial skills with the ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
Excellent communication abilities and a customer-centric consultative approach.
Proactive organized detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple leads simultaneously.
A strong interest in NEVs and willingness to develop deep product knowledge.
