Heres a more detailed breakdown of the responsibilities
- Keep customer and product information up to date in Odoo.
- Handle customer requests create quotes and enter orders in Odoo.
- Talk to customers understand their needs and follow up.
- Coordinate purchase orders with headquarters and track them.
- Prepare business and shipping documents (invoices delivery notes certificates if needed).
- Follow up on sales and purchase orders and solve any problems.
- Record invoices and payments and manage accounts in Odoo.
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in International Business Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency with office tools and order management systems (Odoo preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Results Orientation: Focused on achieving and exceeding organizational goals driving continuous improvement and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a dynamic and multicultural environment contributing ideas and supporting the success of the entire team.
- Planning and Organization: Skill in managing multiple tasks and priorities ensuring efficient use of time and resources to meet deadlines and business targets.
