Heres a more detailed breakdown of the responsibilities

• Keep customer and product information up to date in Odoo.
• Handle customer requests create quotes and enter orders in Odoo.
• Talk to customers understand their needs and follow up.
• Coordinate purchase orders with headquarters and track them.
• Prepare business and shipping documents (invoices delivery notes certificates if needed).
• Follow up on sales and purchase orders and solve any problems.
• Record invoices and payments and manage accounts in Odoo.

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in International Business Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency with office tools and order management systems (Odoo preferred).
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Results Orientation: Focused on achieving and exceeding organizational goals driving continuous improvement and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a dynamic and multicultural environment contributing ideas and supporting the success of the entire team.
• Planning and Organization: Skill in managing multiple tasks and priorities ensuring efficient use of time and resources to meet deadlines and business targets.
