Job Summary

SH-759RN - Substance Abuse Willmar MN

Responsibilities:

Work cooperatively and participate as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team utilizing person-centered thinking positive behavior supports motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care to prevent and respond to patient situations.
Comply with all safety and health standards laws regulations policies procedures and protocols in order to ensure that all applicable environmental standards are met so that a safe clean humane environment is provided for all patients and staff.
Provide person-centered trauma-informed culturally sensitive professional nursing care so that the physical and emotional needs of each patient are met.
Implement the treatment plan and document the results of interventions to assist patients in accomplishing their individual goals.
Facilitate the care and documentation of care of the patient from admission through discharge.
Oversee and follow the medication administration policies and processes to ensure medications are delivered safely and in accordance with all regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of mental health and or substance use disorder experience.
Active Minnesota RN License
