Job Summary
Athletico Physical Therapy is managed in ShiftWise Flex and contracts to join that program will be issued once the offer is extended and accepted by the traveler. All compliance billing and assignment management will take place in ShiftWise Flex. Location: 5550 Lafayette Road. Indianapolis IN 46254 Open to bill rates submissions but trying to stay at a max of $85 Will consider a new grad if the individual wants to convert to an employee after the completion of a contract. If PT does not want to convert to an employee it is likely that they may need to extend the contract beyond the initial timeframe. Chesterton is a great town and its in a great location with proximity to Chicago as well as Southwest Michigan for summer fun beaches and more. Strong restaurant brewery and winery scene with adjacent Valparaiso as well as Southwest Michigan.
