Job Summary
Key Responsibilities Include:
Conduct daily inspections of solar panels inverters batteries and control room systems.
Perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment to ensure smooth operation.
Troubleshoot faults in the solar battery and inverter systems using appropriate tools.
Inspect and repair basic issues in transmission and distribution (T&D) lines.
Respond to customer complaints via CRM/Huskify within the defined 2-hour window.
Support customers in recharge-related issues and ensure smooth supply resumption.
Monitor electrical performance test circuits and system parameters regularly.
Identify and report abnormalities such as unauthorized tapping or energy theft.
Maintain accurate logs of daily site activities faults and resolution status.
