Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Management Trainee Business Development to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have strong communication skills and are eager to build a career in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the BD team in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
Support in building and maintaining client relationships
Participate in meetings presentations and client follow-ups
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of tasks
Prepare reports proposals and documentation as instructed
Learn and contribute to BD strategies sales pipelines and lead generation activities
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Management Business Studies Marketing or related field (Freshers encouraged to apply)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Positive attitude eagerness to grow and strong work ethic
