The Academic Intern will support the smooth execution of the German Language Training Program at Next Nation. This role involves coordinating classes managing academic communication collaborating with multiple internal teams and ensuring that all sessions run seamlessly and according to schedule. The intern will play an essential part in maintaining an organized academic structure and enhancing the overall learner experience.
Job Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a bachelors degree (Education Languages or related fields preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of German language (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to work with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
Proficiency in using online meeting tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Resposibilities:
1. Academic Coordination & Class Management
Schedule and manage German language classes across various batches and levels.
Share class links study materials and timely reminders with students.
Ensure trainers receive all required academic support before each session.
Monitor attendance and maintain academic records.
2. Communication & Support
Act as the first point of contact for students regarding class-related queries.
Provide prompt updates to learners when schedules links or instructions change.
Communicate regularly with trainers to understand session requirements.
3. Collaboration With Internal Teams
Work closely with the operations training support and technical teams to ensure smooth batch management.
Coordinate with the academic head to align batch plans assessments and curriculum flow.
Assist in streamlining internal processes to improve the efficiency of the training
program.
4. Academic Structure & Documentation
Contribute to organizing the academic framework for each level (A1B2).
Assist in preparing reports trackers and documentation needed for academic
functioning.
Support the creation and distribution of standardized academic communication.
