RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate case planning throughout lab departments
- Coordinate and participate in CAD/CAM processes - scanning designing manufacturing
- Operate manufacturing equipment including milling machines 3D printers and sintering ovens
- Meet tight deadlines while consistently producing quality restorations
- Read work prescriptions and examine cases to determine design of dental restoration
- Fabricate crowns bridges and inlays/onlays
- Read interpret and design dental restorations to clients specifications by using a dental CAD
software program - Communicate with clear and concise oral and written skills to effectively work with technicians and
doctors
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Crown and Bridge Design in CAD/CAM technology
- Certified Dental Technician (CDT) and three to five years related experience in the fabrication of
crowns bridges and inlays/onlays is required; or equivalent combination of education and
experience - Experience with 3Shape Nobel Exocad and other desktop scanners and software
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM processes (i.e. Scanning Designing Manufacturing)
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment including milling machines 3D printers and sintering ovens
- Proficient in dental anatomy and terminology
- Experience in regulated environment preferred
- Must have excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills must work
together and communicate with all other departments throughout the lab. - Additional attributes: Willing to learn critical thinking detail oriented organized and
self-directed
COMPENSATIONS & BENEFITS:
- $20 - $35 per hour depending on experience
