Community Liaison Home Care (Must currently work in Home Care Sales)
We are seeking an experienced Home Care Liaison that is currently marketing for Home Care in West Los Angeles.
This is a full-time permanent salaried position with a trusted home care operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect a salary around $80000 - $110000 per year depending on experience. This role is hiring immediately.

Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience in home care
- Existing relationships with referral resources
- Excellent skills in communication management organization and problem-solving
- Knowledge of nonprofit organizations fundraising and other relevant skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Coordinating with hospital family referral resources
- Ensuring seamless services as patients transition to at-home care
