How youll have an impact at Paulas Choice:

We are looking for a curious and technically minded Business Systems Analyst to join our IT team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how things work asking why and turning those insights into smarter more efficient business processes. You will partner with cross-functional teams across regions and business entities to optimize digital systems and ensure our technology supports our global growth.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical acumen and business process understanding with hands-on exposure to CPG operationsespecially Order-to-Cash (O2C) Supply Chain and Financial processes supporting ecommerce wholesale and marketplace channels.

As a Business Systems Analyst a typical day might include a mix of the following:

Document business requirements process flows and system specifications for new initiatives or enhancements.
Support implementation testing and rollout of business system solutions across multiple regions and business entities.
Partner with stakeholders in O2C Supply Chain Finance and Sales to ensure systems align with business goals.
Collaborate with vendors and internal developers to troubleshoot issues and enhance system functionality.
Conduct data analysis and develop reports to inform decision-making.
Continuously identify opportunities for automation simplification and process improvement.

The Details:

Location: Seattle WA based. This is a hybrid role with an expectation to work onsite at our downtown Seattle office 23 days per week.
Hours: Typical Business Hours some flexibility
Physical requirements: Ability to handle both sitting and screen time for long periods of time
Travel requirements: Less than 5%

What youll bring to the table:

45 years of experience in business systems analysis IT consulting or a related technical-business hybrid role.
Bachelors degree in Information Systems Business or a related field preferred.
Strong understanding of CPG business processes particularly Order-to-Cash Supply Chain and Finance.
Experience with ERP CRM or ecommerce systems (NetSuite Shopify Salesforce or similar).
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear actionable technical requirements.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working across global teams.

Approximate Salary Range Based on Experience and Location:

$115000 - $120000 USD/annually

Paulas Choice Skincare determines the pay for positions using local national and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external and internal equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidates region/town/cost of living.

For new hires we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience skills education geographic location and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan.
