Non-Skilled Home Health Agency Supervisor

A partnered and affiliated company of Willis Counseling & Consulting (WCC). This role is specifically for Willis Health Cares non-skilled home health operations.

The Non-Skilled Home Health Agency Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a non-skilled home health agency. This role includes supervising home health aides coordinating care and ensuring that all services meet federal state and local regulatory requirements. The supervisor plays a key role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality compassionate and consistent care in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

Staff Supervision & Leadership

• Supervise and manage a team of home health aides
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive orientation and training program for new hires
• Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by home health aides
• Ensure compliance with all federal state and local regulations and standards of practice

Client Care Oversight

• Conduct client assessments
• Develop care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members
• Schedule and coordinate home health visits including:
  • Initial assessments
  • Follow-up visits
  • Discharge planning
• Document all patient care and maintain accurate complete and timely service records

Coordination & Communication

• Communicate regularly with physicians family members and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Assist with problem-solving and care escalation when patient needs change

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or a related field
• 23 years of experience in a supervisory role within a non-skilled home health agency

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong leadership and team-management abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Deep understanding of healthcare regulations and standards of practice
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems

All hiring onboarding supervision and operational responsibilities for this role belong solely to Willis Health Care.
