Job Summary

Were excited to offer an opportunity for a Client Care Advisor to join our friendly team. Were looking for a kind proactive and communicative individual who thrives in a caring and dynamic environment. As a Client Care Advisor youll be the welcoming face and calm voice of our practice.

  • Meeting and greeting clients in a professional yet sensitive manner
  • Answering the telephone dealing with queries transferring calls and taking messages where applicable
  • Liaising with referring vets and accurately recording details
  • Updating in-house notes system clearly and accurately
  • Coordinating appointments with the animals owners
  • Taking card and cash payments
This role is 40 hours per week including one Saturday morning per month.Shift patterns would be typically; 8-2pm 8-4pm 9-5pm 9.45-6.45pm 11.30-7.30pm
