A well-established and fully regulated global Forex company is expanding its team in Argentina. We are looking for experienced Spanish-speaking Retention Agents to manage active clients improve deposit activity and increase overall trading volume.
The Retention Agent is responsible for handling existing clients providing ongoing support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. You will work with traders who are already active or have deposited previously with a strong focus on reactivation upselling and long-term client relationships.
Requirements
Manage a portfolio of existing clients in the Spanish-speaking LATAM market.
Maintain strong relationships to ensure continued trading activity.
Reactivate clients who have stopped trading or depositing.
Provide platform guidance (MT4 MT5 WebTrader etc.).
Identify opportunities to increase deposits and trading volume.
Meet monthly retention KPIs targets and conversion goals.
Ensure all communication complies with regulatory guidelines.
Work closely with sales compliance and finance teams.
Native or fluent Spanish (mandatory).
Previous experience working as a Retention Agent in the Forex/CFD industry (mandatory).
Must be based in Argentina.
Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading terminology.
Experience working with CRM systems and retention pipelines.
Target driven disciplined and strong communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume client portfolios.
