Make sure company HR activities in line with Business & HR strategy play active HR strategist role to support business objectives and realize the mission.
How youll make an impact
will act as strategic HR partner to business units and leaders by embedding HR strategy and providing professional HR support and advice.
will actively involve and support Company GM& business manager to continuous improving and developing positive/ cooperative working environment and effective organization.
will implement learning and development activities to build and improve competence of customized programs to meet business needs headcount and personnel expense related activities by timely including budget and monitor annual salary review incentives and recognition programs for individuals and teams according to global/country guide and policy.
will develop organization competency to support company short term mid-term and long-term business objectives.
will support company HR manager program and processes roll out share and develop best practices across the wider HR community ensure compliance with global and local standards policies and processes related to operations/project execution.
will guide coach department heads improve people management skill take proactive initiative to avoid labor employment risk and employee relation issue provide support for employee relation issues in the company
manage labor relations and co-ordination with labor union and interpret and monitor adherence to company HR policies procedures and control throughout the company.
will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background
hold a bachelors degree or above.
5 to 8 years of experience in relevant field. HRBP experience to support factory is preferred.
with Microsoft Office and good at data analysis.
adaptability and willingness to explore the unknown and learn new skills e.g. AI tools.
independent and motivated to thrive in new environment.
communications skills and ability to interact with diverse group. Proficiency in both spoken and written English language.
