Job Summary
- Deliver classroombased Ground School instruction for initial and recurrent courses.
- Provide training using VSIM and deliver instruction on IPT during initial ground school.
- Ensure accurate timely completion of trainee records in accordance with CAE standards.
- Work handson with the latest aircraft technologies and highfidelity training systems.
- Mentor and support aviation professionals from diverse backgrounds.
- Contribute to creating a highquality customerfocused training environment.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and client partners.
The position is fulltime onsite based at our Vienna Training Centre.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience operating highperformance aircraft.
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken written and comprehension).
- Ability and willingness to maintain accurate and timely training records.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and webbased applications).
- Flexibility to work a fulltime onsite schedule in Vienna (Schwechat).
- Residence within a commutable distance to the Training Centre.
- Willingness to spend a period of time outside Austria for initial type ratings.
- Right to live and work in Austria (desirable).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous instructional experience (CFI certification preferred but not mandatory).
- Demonstrated ability to mentor coach or develop colleagues in the aviation industry.
- Experience delivering instruction using VSIM or similar training systems.
