A successful candidate will have a strong passion and extensive background in cloud solutions and program management. Experience in managing cross functional teams in complex technology integration projects is required. Equally important is a proven track record of establishing positive relationships with customers external and third parties internal product teams support organization and executive stakeholders
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant program/project management experience
- 5 years of relevant program/project management experience
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with distributed or geographically diverse teams
- Background in cloud migration projects or enterprise technology deployments
- Familiarity with major experience with public cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) is a plus
- Strong organizational communication and troubleshooting skills
ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior Manager for the Dedicated Cloud team you will be responsible for overseeing programs and supporting team members that help deliver exceptional customer experiences through the Oracle cloud adoption lifecycle.
- Support the execution of programs related to Dedicated Regions and Oracle Alloy
- Implement mechanisms to standardize processes and drive quality across product lifecycle
- Nurture a collaborative customer-centric data-driven culture within the team
- Participate in technical discussions with customers and internal teams to address customer needs
- Collaborate regularly with engineering product and support teams to resolve customer issues
- Manage hiring onboarding and training of new team members
- Provide coaching mentoring and day-to-day leadership to the team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and related roles
- Contribute to process and quality improvements using feedback from various sources
- Ensure timely follow-up on product issues and serve as an advocate for customer needs
