Job Requirements:
- Business minded attention to detail and great attitude.
- Quality and consistent customer service.
- Strong knowledge of home systems and components.
- Participation in local marketing events or programs.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Computer skills and technology friendly including iPad
- Aptitude and ability to problem solve and conduct professional conversations with real estate agents and customers
- Integrity strong work ethic. Ability to work unsupervised.
- Reliable transportation valid drivers license and insurance.
- Able to work in various weather conditions climb ladders walk on roofs access crawl space enter attics as well as stand for long periods of time.
- Required to authorize background and driving checks
- Available alternatingSaturdays as needed.
