We are seeking a passionate Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of cybersecurity by solving complex this role you will collaborate across multiple teams working on interconnected products to design seamless user-centric experiences. Your work will deliver trusted impactful solutions that protect organizations of all sizes and strengthen SentinelOnes relationship with its users.
What will you Do
- Collaborate with product managers engineers and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Communicate user experiences throughout the design process and produce design deliverables such as wireframes user flow diagrams storyboards mock-ups interactive prototypes presentation decks and visualization specs.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to define project requirements and user stories.
- Identify project dependencies and mitigate risks by optimizing design workflows.
- Incorporate user feedback and business requirements to enhance product experiences.
What experience or knowledge should you bring
- Bachelors degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product design or UX within complex cross-functional organizations.
- Experience designing across multiple platforms collaborating with Product development and design teams to create user flows wireframes and interactive prototypes from concept to completion.
- Experience using Figma following brand and system guidelines and extending component libraries.
- Proven experience collaborating with user research teams to gain insights into user goals and pain points ensuring design solutions effectively address their needs.
- Strong storytelling skills effectively guiding internal stakeholders through user challenges and clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
- Solid understanding of technical constraints and platform limitations with the ability to lead product development from concept to execution and enhance existing features through a user-centered design process.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence product design strategies.

- Study Funds- SentinelOne contributes 7.5% over your base salary (no tax ceiling is applied) and employees contribute 2.5% of their base salary
