Are you an ambitious Private Client Solicitor seeking a new challenge Our client a respected law firm in Chatham offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload enjoy real career progression and join an inclusive supportive team.
The Opportunity
Location: Chatham Kent (office-based with flexible/hybrid working considered)
Salary: per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am5:30pm
Youll be part of a forward-thinking firm that values your expertise and supports your ongoing development within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters including wills probate trusts estate administration tax planning and powers of attorney
Advise and support clients with sensitivity and professionalism
Draft and review legal documents ensuring accuracy and compliance
Liaise with clients beneficiaries financial institutions and external professionals
Keep up to date with changes in private client law and best practice
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards
What Were Looking For
36 years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor
UK private practice experience
Strong technical knowledge of wills probate trusts estate administration and related areas
Excellent client care organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
