Merchology seeks an Order Fulfillment Specialist for our Customer Service team. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor the Order Fulfillment Specialist is a critical role that works behind the scenes to check in on all orders that are currently processing. The Order Fulfillment Specialist will be tasked with reviewing orders that have partial products committed and checking with our vendors on the status of the remaining product and working with our production team on upcoming firms to ensure they are set to go out on time.

A successful Order Fulfillment Specialist will:

• Professionally communicate via phone and email with vendor partners and customers
• Proactively manage and oversee customer orders are on track to meet customer deadlines
• Investigate and resolve orders beyond their designated shipping date
• Act as the liaison between the customer and Merchologys operations team regarding issues during the production process
• Review past due orders to get the order closed and billed
• Process new tickets in the operations pipeline
• Create tickets for damaged items in order questions pipeline
• Send initial emails to customers
• Update orders based on customer requests in Merchologys ERP NetSuite

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• One or more years of customer service experience in retail restaurant sales or office environment
• Friendly and team-oriented attitude to Win as a Team
• Efficient and detail-oriented
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• HubSpot or CRM knowledge a plus

• Hybrid role: Three days onsite and two days remote following training - there is no option for fully remote work
