What is great about the role
As a Multi-Skilled Electrician you will have the chance to contribute to the growth of our organisation while making a real impact on peoples lives. You will be responsible for providing repairs and maintenance services to our properties both independently and as part of a multi-skilled team. This role encompasses a wide range of electrical work across our main workstreams including partial rewiring consumer unit upgrades minor planned and emergency addition to core electrical skills we value candidates who possess non-core electrical abilities such as basic plumbing carpentry plastering.
What skills and experience do you need
We value individuals who can showcase their expertise in property repairs and maintenance possess a strong understanding of electrical and general building repairs and preferably have experience in social housing. Possession of the necessary qualifications and educational background to adequately support all expected responsibilities (please refer to the Job Description for details). A valid drivers licence is required for the role and a van will be provided.
