Centurion is proud to be the provider ofmedical services to the MinnesotaDepartment of Corrections.
We are currently seeking a full-timeNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at theLino Lakes Correctional Facilitylocated in Lino Lakes Minnesota.
The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team performing assessments diagnosing patients and medication management.
Tuesday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Qualifications
- Active unrestricted MNARNP or PA license
- BLS certification
- DEA License or able to obtain
- Must be able to pass background check
