What Youll Need

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN
Post-qualification nursing experience
Experience working within a nursing home setting
Confident in leading a night shift and making autonomous clinical decisions
We cannot accept newly qualified nurses for this role

What Youll Do

Lead and deliver clinical care during the night ensuring residents feel safe comfortable and well-supported.
Complete assessments care plans and medication rounds with accuracy and confidence.
Respond to changing needs and escalate when required ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Provide hands-on support to the care team mentoring and guiding where needed.
Maintain clear communication with families and daytime teams for continuity of care.
